Intellectual Property

All elements comprising the Site and the Platform (structure, design, text, logos, images, features) are the exclusive property of MEDIACTIVE EVENTS SOLUTIONS or are used under an appropriate license. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of Wisembly, is prohibited and would constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal Data and Audience Measurement

The processing of personal data collected via the Site and the Platform is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Site uses Matomo, a self-hosted audience measurement tool configured in anonymized mode, exempt from prior consent in accordance with CNIL guidance. The Application uses Plausible Analytics, an audience measurement tool that does not place any cookie and does not allow individual users to be identified (see the Privacy Policy for details). No advertising or marketing tracking cookie is placed on the Site or the Application.

Use of the Wisembly Services is subject to the General Terms of Service available on the Site.

Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any professional meeting the criteria of Article L.221-3 of the same Code may make free use of a consumer mediator to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute.
