For the 20th installment of the Tous Mobiles initiative, the Inclusive Mobility Lab brought together its partners and community to address a key issue: the link between inclusive mobility and access to healthcare, and the barriers faced by vulnerable individuals.
This fully digital event, titled “Solidarity-Based Mobility and Health,” was aimed at an external audience comprising institutional and nonprofit stakeholders, mobility experts, and committed partners.
For this event with strong social and collaborative value, the challenge lay not only in the broadcast but also in organizing a structured discussion session with multiple speakers in a limited-capacity format.
To ensure an uninterrupted participant experience and efficient operational coordination, the Laboratory chose to use Wisembly as its Event Management Software to orchestrate the entire event.

1. Challenges and Objectives
Host a webinar
with high educational value
More than 300 participants gathered to advance the collective discussion on issues related to access to healthcare and inclusive mobility.
Organizing an Expert Panel Discussion in a Digital Format
The first challenge was managing a capacity-limited event with over 300 registrants, which required reliable centralization of participant data and precise tracking of confirmations and logins.
The second challenge involved coordinating multiple speakers on a technical and cross-functional topic. It was necessary to ensure a smooth flow, structure the speaking segments, and guarantee broadcast quality suitable for a professional audience.
Finally, the Lab wanted to preserve the collaborative aspect of the program. Opportunities for discussion needed to be integrated into the flow of the webinar without disrupting the overall sequence. Choosing an EMS capable of managing and prioritizing interactions was therefore a strategic decision.
How did Wisembly organize and host a professional webinar?
For this fully digital professional webinar, Wisembly played a central role in structuring the event. The challenge was not merely technical: it involved orchestrating a packed program that alternated between opening segments, presentations of field initiatives, and discussion periods, all while ensuring a consistent experience for over 300 registrants.
By bringing together registration management, live streaming, and interactive modules on a single platform, Wisembly enabled the Laboratory to manage the event comprehensively, including a clear overview of participant numbers and real-time progress.
3. Participant Experience
An accessible and well-organized webinar
Accessibility and Simplicity of the Format
At an event addressing disparities in access to healthcare and barriers to mobility, the format’s user-friendliness was a crucial factor. The experience needed to be easy, understandable, and seamless from a technical standpoint, to avoid creating an additional barrier to participation.
Thanks to a single entry point, participants accessed the webinar without having to juggle multiple tools or navigate complex procedures. This simplicity allowed for a quick connection and a focus on content rather than technology.
Alternating between expert presentations and discussion periods helped maintain a consistent dynamic throughout the session. Participants had the opportunity to submit their questions in an organized setting, which made it easier for the moderators to manage them. This structure helped enhance the quality of the discussions and the relevance of the responses provided.
Impact Measurement and Engagement
Beyond the live session, the centralization of participation data provided the Laboratory with a clear picture of the event’s reach: number of active connections, average duration of attendance, and volume of interactions. These metrics serve as a strategic foundation for evaluating the webinar’s impact and planning future episodes of the Tous Mobiles initiative.
By bringing together stakeholders from different regions to address a common issue, the digital format has made it possible to overcome geographical barriers while maintaining a structured professional framework. As a result, the webinar has become a powerful tool for sharing expertise and fostering industry engagement.

An intuitive interface and a responsive team. The high quality of the live and on-demand webinar streams allowed us to reach a wide audience and highlight the value of the discussions.

4. Partnership and Collaboration
The Inclusive Mobility Lab’s Successful Inclusive Webinar
The success of the “Solidarity-Based Mobility and Health” webinar was built on effective collaboration between the Inclusive Mobility Lab, its partners, and the Wisembly team. Every stage—from defining objectives to the live broadcast—was planned collaboratively to ensure a webinar that was both structured and flexible.
This cooperation facilitated the coordination of presentations by multiple experts, the preparation of content, and the anticipation of the event’s technical and educational needs. Wisembly provided continuous operational support, allowing organizers to focus on the substance and quality of the discussions.
The result? A high-value-added webinar where every participant was able to contribute effectively. This exemplary collaboration demonstrates how a well-integrated EMS can transform event coordination into a true driver of impact.
